UKG Consultant – Time, Payroll, & Scheduling Modules Job Description: We are hiring experienced UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) Consultants with hands-on knowledge of Time, Payroll, and Scheduling modules . The consultant will work closely with HR and IT teams to implement, optimize, or support UKG systems. Responsibilities: Lead or support implementation and configuration of UKG Timekeeping, Payroll, and Scheduling Conduct system analysis, develop functional specs, and recommend process improvements Perform testing, documentation, and end-user training Provide post-implementation support and enhancements Requirements: 3–5 years of experience working with UKG Pro or Dimensions Deep understanding of workforce management and payroll compliance Experience integrating with other HR systems (e.g., benefits, ATS, etc.) Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
