SuccessFactors Time & Payroll Functional Consultant Type: Contract (6 months, with high likelihood of renewal) Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid Interview Process: 1–2 rounds Overview: We’re looking for an experienced Functional Consultant with deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking and Payroll modules to support a key HRIS transformation project. The consultant will work closely with HR and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, configure the system, and support end-to-end implementation. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and assess requirements Design and document functional solutions Configure SuccessFactors Time Tracking and related modules Conduct testing and support defect resolution Support full end-to-end build, including design, process evaluation, and configuration Partner with internal teams to train and enable additional users Provide insight into system limitations, process impacts, and integration points Must-Have Qualifications: Strong hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Time Tracking Functional knowledge of SuccessFactors Payroll Experience with Employee Central (EC) Proven ability to perform requirements gathering, solution design, and configuration Experience supporting full-cycle implementations Nice-to-Have: Experience with other SuccessFactors modules Familiarity with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) Background in integration or hybrid functional/technical roles
