STORE MANAGER – TORONTO OUTLET LUXURY LEATHERGOODS, ACCESSORIES & APPAREL Key Responsibilities: Leading a team within a busy outlet environment, managing all front of house tasks and back of house operations. Inspire and motivate your team fostering ownership and accountability. KPI’s, CRM, Boutique operations, Reporting daily, weekly, monthly. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of Management/Floor Management/Concession Manager / Store Manager experience with a Luxury or Premium brand. Demonstrated experience in managing a high volume turnover location within fashion/leather goods/accessories, with a large team as well as managing a high level of client experience. Demonstrated expertise in retail management, including P&L management, staff supervision, scheduling, training, merchandising, inventory control, shrink management, HR & Appraisals, CRM, and payroll administration. Offering: Salary $90,000 CAD – $105,000 CAD depending on experience. Annual Bonus, Monthly Bonus Scheme. 401k and additional company benefits.
