THE JOB We are looking for a results-driven PPC Specialist with expertise in executing high-performing SEM/PPC/PAID campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Display Network (GDN), DV360, and Paid Social platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern digital marketing strategies, AI-powered campaign optimizations, and data-driven decision-making, with a primary focus on B2B marketing. WHAT YOU’LL DO · Develop and execute full-funnel digital marketing campaigns across Paid Search, Display, Programmatic (DV360), and Paid Social channels with a strong emphasis on B2B strategies and lead generation. · Leverage AI and machine learning tools to optimize bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad placements to maximize ROI. · Manage campaign budgets, conduct forecasting, estimate monthly costs, and ensure financial reconciliation in collaboration with finance teams. · Implement A/B and multivariate testing frameworks for ad copy, landing pages, and creative assets to drive performance improvements. · Collaborate with UX and web development teams to optimize landing pages and user experience for SEM campaigns. · Work closely with content teams and designers to create high-converting ad creatives for various paid media channels. · Develop audience segmentation strategies, leveraging first-party data, intent signals, and lookalike audiences to improve targeting and engagement. · Execute behavioral, contextual, and predictive audience targeting strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and programmatic platforms. · Continuously analyze and report on campaign performance using advanced analytics tools, providing actionable insights to optimize KPIs and enhance marketing ROI. · Evaluate and implement automation tools, scripts, and AI-driven bid management strategies to improve efficiency and campaign performance. · Stay updated on the latest trends in digital advertising, including privacy regulations, cookieless tracking solutions, and emerging ad technologies. · Manage relationships with third-party agencies, vendors, and platform partners to ensure best-in-class execution of digital marketing strategies. · Communicate insights, strategies, and recommendations to key stakeholders through presentations and internal documentation. WHAT YOU BRING You are a data-driven digital marketer with a deep understanding of PPC, SEM, and programmatic advertising. You thrive in fast-paced environments, leveraging AI-powered tools, automation, and advanced analytics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI. Your expertise in audience segmentation, bid strategies, and privacy-first marketing ensures effective targeting and measurable results. With strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset, you’re able to translate data into actionable insights, working cross-functionally to drive business growth in the B2B space. · Proven experience in managing multi-channel PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and DV360, with a strong emphasis on B2B marketing. · Expertise in AI-powered ad platforms, automation scripts, and advanced bid strategies for optimized performance. · Experience in audience segmentation, dynamic remarketing, and intent-based targeting for both branded and non-branded SEM campaigns. · Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and other data visualization tools. · Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365) · Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and lead nurturing workflows. · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query) for data analysis and performance tracking. · Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to troubleshoot tracking issues and collaborate with developers. · Familiarity with privacy-first marketing strategies, including server-side tracking, consent management platforms, and alternative measurement solutions. · Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present data-driven insights. · Up to date with digital marketing trends, emerging ad platforms, and industry best practices.
