Cryptocurrency Exchange Seeking Social Media Manager to Drive Global Community Growth About ChicksX: ChicksX is a growing cryptocurrency exchange focused on security and accessibility. As part of the Chicks Group, we’re expanding our marketing team to build stronger community engagement and transform the digital asset space. Position: Social Media Manager (Full-time, Remote) Location: Remote (Preference for GTA-based candidates) Compensation: $25-40/hour plus paid time off depending on employment arrangement Key Responsibilities: Develop data-driven social media strategies across Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit and TikTok Create engaging crypto/finance content that grows our follower base by 15% quarterly Build and nurture our online community, increasing engagement metrics by 20% Analyze platform performance and optimize content strategy accordingly Collaborate with product and partnership teams on promotional campaigns Requirements: 3 years managing social media for fintech, crypto or finance brands Demonstrated content creation skills (portfolio required) Experience growing Twitter and Reddit communities in the cryptocurrency space Understanding of crypto market trends and community dynamics Comfort with analytics tools to measure campaign performance Our Culture: At Chicks Group, we define our culture through purpose, passion, and radical transparency as we work toward transforming the digital asset space.
