You’ll play a key role in driving new business and managing client relationships, leveraging your knowledge of ServiceNow solutions to empower organizations. They offer clients: Strategic partnerships with in-house IT experts Tailored solutions for enterprise-scale companies Dedicated support from industry experts across North America The Role As part of the sales and business development team, you’ll: Prospect and Generate Leads: Be the technical expert at client meetings, assisting with qualification and requirements gathering. Manage Relationships: Build strong bonds with key accounts and develop client trust in their brand. Drive Sales and Presentations: Own the technical aspects of proposals and proofs of concept, participating in the sales cycle to acquire new customers and expand existing ones. Collaborate and Coordinate: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a unified approach to account management. Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously learn about product updates, conduct demos and POCs, and improve the customer experience. Support Marketing and Events: Participate in user conferences, trade shows, and webinars. Solve Technical and Business Problems: Understand challenges addressed by their solutions and showcase the value proposition (both standard and tailored) to clients. Project Intake and Resource Management: Participate in project intake meetings and help determine resources for a smooth handoff to the delivery team. You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have: 3 years of experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem with a proven Partner Management track record Strong business acumen with the ability to understand business strategy, operational processes, challenges, and capabilities. Demonstrated ability to influence technical decisions, providing options with pros, cons, and risks around all key design and technical decisions. Solid communication skills with the ability to present verbally and in writing and articulate clearly with confidence to both business and technical audiences.
