They are seeking a dynamic and experienced REMOTE Associate Area Sales Manager to join their team. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth and expanding market presence in the Ontario East region (including Toronto). The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the aesthetic laser therapy industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Identify and engage with potential clients, focusing on new business development. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients. Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product implementation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities. Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and customer interactions. Qualifications: 2 to 5 years of experience selling capital equipment, injectables, and dermatology products in the plastic surgeon, dermatology, high-end medical aesthetic, or nurse injector clinics. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to manage complex sales cycles. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Willingness to work remote and travel within the eastern Ontario territory. Must own a vehicle that can be used for work and have a valid driver’s license. Must be legally able to work in Canada. Compensation: Competitive base salary of 85,000 CAD. Commission structure with potential earnings of 180,000 to 200,000 CAD total in the first year. Ability to make $300,000 in consecutive years. Profit sharing and stock options available.
