Senior System Analyst – Oracle Fusion ERP Location: Fredericton, NB (Remote work considered with occasional on-site visits) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM – 4:30 PM AST Job Overview: We are seeking a Senior System Analyst to develop, support, and enhance IT solutions within the Oracle Fusion ERP environment. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, ensure system integrity, and drive operational improvements while adhering to industry best practices and organizational standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain IT solutions that align with business needs while ensuring data integrity and adherence to best practices. Provide operational support for Oracle Fusion ERP SaaS platform enhancements and client application improvements. Develop reports using Oracle Fusion Transaction Business Intelligence (OBTI) and Financial Reporting Studio (FRS) . Gather and analyze business and technical requirements from various stakeholders. Conduct preventative maintenance to enhance system performance and usability . Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Integration, Infrastructure, etc.) to implement effective solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship in application development, maintenance, and support. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and security requirements in all development and support activities. Work with business analysts, technical teams, and business units to recommend and implement solutions based on business needs. Contribute to defining, documenting, and improving issue resolution, change management, and risk management processes. Their standard 7.25-hour workday .
