Location : Hybrid or Remote, Preference for Greater Toronto Area Role Type : Full-Time Ideal Start Date : May 13, 2025 About the Role We’re seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market success, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement for our AI-powered ESG research & regulatory compliance solutions. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in shaping product positioning and messaging while ensuring market insights translate into business growth and customer adoption. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll act as a crucial link between the product and revenue organizations, ensuring alignment with sales, marketing, and customer success strategies. You’ll translate key product priorities and changes into actionable insights for the revenue team while also bringing valuable feedback from the field to help inform the product roadmap. Key Responsibilities Customer Communications & Product Launches Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, CS) to ensure seamless execution Craft messaging that resonates with customer segments and market needs Market & Competitive Intelligence Monitor and analyze competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and positioning Create and maintain battle cards to support sales in competitive deals Identify market trends and provide actionable insights through regular reports Sales Enablement & Content Development Develop sales enablement materials, including 1-pagers, landing pages, videos, and other assets Ensure sales teams are equipped with content and training to position our solution effectively Lead monthly market insights reporting, gathering inputs from Sales, Marketing, and CS to inform senior leadership Partner Marketing Support Develop co-branded marketing materials, messaging, and sales enablement content for partners Support joint go-to-market initiatives, including webinars, case studies, and events Collaborate with partner teams to ensure alignment on product positioning and value proposition Track and measure the effectiveness of partner marketing efforts to drive engagement and revenue growth Success Metrics Your impact will be measured by: Revenue Growth – Marketing’s contribution to pipeline and closed-won revenue, including renewals Product Usage – Increased adoption and engagement of our product by customers Who You Are 6-10 years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, and competitive intelligence Strong ability to translate complex information into compelling narratives Proven track record of driving go-to-market success in B2B SaaS, compliance, or ESG-related industries Excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset Experience in the SaaS Software and AI Marketplace an asset Naturally curious and eager to learn, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, growing environment Collaborative and flexible thinker who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting Interested?
