Type: Contract Role: Senior Product Manager Term: 1 Year extension option Pay Rate: $100.00 – $110.00 Start date: 2-3 weeks Location: Toronto / Hybrid Requirements: What you’ll need Skills, Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications: Product Manager – Data & AI Role Overview: Our client is embarking on a large Data & AI transformation initiative. Core to the transformation is the enablement of the Data Platform, which is being developed as the enterprise technology ecosystem for everything Data & AI. We are looking for a product manager to work with the development team to manage the product lifecycle of various client facing data platform capabilities. This role requires a combination of business analysis, product management, technical skills in the data domain and AI domains. The candidate will be the prime for a data capability/feature and own its definition, roadmap and successful development, deployment and operation. The solution needs to satisfy client’s business needs and evolve as the needs evolve. Key Responsibilities: Act as the liaison between clients and development teams. Translate business strategy into product strategy and subsequently the translation to high level requirements. Own and execute the product roadmap. Provide insights and collateral to stakeholders on the specific areas of the product. Manage all aspects of the product throughout its lifecycle, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues. Act as the product owners in agile ceremonies. Skills & Qualifications: Provides project management on large scale, complex, high profile and high-risk projects for the I&IT initiatives. Project Planning and Road mapping: Collaborate with technical teams to develop and maintain project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities. Facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to agile processes and principles. Relevant education. Experience in the data & AI domain. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5 years of experience in product management. Agile and traditional project management experience. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. Ability working in Agile, fast-paced, data-driven environment. Experience working with large-scale distributed systems with many stakeholders and clients.
