About the Role We are looking to hire a Project Development Manager to be a functional lead of multiple projects within our Ontario portfolio. The Project Development Manager will manage the acquisition process and de-risking a portfolio of projects. You will have a sophisticated team of subject matter experts who will provide support for specific discrete deliverables such as cost estimates and interconnection process navigation. Key Responsibilities Site acquisition and due diligence Project development Project management Project finance Contract origination Commercial negotiation Deal execution Skills & Qualifications 3 years of experience in project development 2 years of renewable experience in Ontario, PJM, MISO or ISONE Based in Toronto/ the Greater Toronto Area Familiarity with the Ontario market dynamics and the IESO Experience supporting full lifecycle development of a renewable energy asset or energy storage project Site lease or purchase agreements Creative independent thinker Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Compensation, Location, and Benefits Highly competitive total compensation from one of North America’s leading energy storage developers, owners and operators.
