Are you a digital marketing expert who thrives on strategy, performance, and innovation? We’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to take the lead in developing and executing high-impact digital campaigns that drive measurable results. In this role, you’ll oversee digital marketing strategies across multiple product lines, working closely with cross-functional teams, agency partners, and key stakeholders to optimize performance marketing initiatives. You’ll be responsible for everything from budget allocation to campaign execution—ensuring maximum ROI while staying ahead of industry trends. What You’ll Do Strategic Leadership & Planning Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across multiple products, specializing in lower-funnel campaigns while supporting mid and upper-funnel initiatives. Oversee budget allocation and media planning to maximize ROI across digital channels. Provide strategic direction on budget reallocation based on evolving business needs. Performance Marketing Excellence Manage paid search and digital campaigns with a deep understanding of SEM strategy, audience targeting, and data-driven optimization. Drive ad copy innovation, strategic keyword targeting, and advanced performance analytics. Partner with agencies to define media targets and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs). Campaign Management & Optimization Conduct regular audits of live digital campaigns, ensuring accuracy in targeting, ad delivery, and landing pages. Develop and execute A/B tests, landing page optimization, and beta product trials. Align paid and organic search strategies to maximize search effectiveness. Analytics & Reporting Translate campaign insights into strategic recommendations for leadership through scorecards and business reviews. Lead data-driven decision-making through performance analytics and attribution modeling. Ad Tech & Digital Transformation Lead initiatives around new channel adoption, media mix modeling, and attribution frameworks. Act as the technical liaison between agency and internal teams for tracking, tagging, and data collection improvements. Cross-functional Collaboration Build and maintain relationships with key partners (Google, Meta, etc.), agency teams, and internal stakeholders. Work closely with pricing, sales, and product teams to align business objectives. What You Bring ✅ 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with a mix of client-side and agency experience. ✅ Proven expertise in SEM strategy, paid social, and performance marketing. ✅ Strong knowledge of SA360, Adobe Analytics, GA4, and exposure to platforms like CM360, Meta, and DV360. ✅ Ability to extract actionable insights from complex data sets and drive business decisions. ✅ Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. ✅ A results-driven, action-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. ✅ Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, collaborative environments. ✅ French language skills are an asset but not required.
