Senior Business Analyst 2 year contract Fredericton, NB The Senior Business Analyst will also be required to work closely with Subject Matter Experts from various lines of business within eHealthNB, as well as both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders from the Regional Health Authorities, to ensure alignment of the consolidated solution. General Duties: Support the software development team. Work with both client and development team members to elicit requirements, write user stories, define goals, document requirements, and analyze business functions to become familiar with the business domain. Identify business work flows and determine stakeholder needs. Author test case specifications, requirements traceability documentation, and contribute to the compilation and execution of test plans. Support and contribute to the Agile practices adopted by the development team. facilitation of stakeholder engagement sessions, including the creation of supporting materials such as presentations, agendas, meeting minutes, etc; Documentation of workflows, new business processes, standard operating procedures; Documentation of high-level business requirements, functional design, gap analysis, user stories, activity diagrams; Documentation related to support training activities including reference guides and tools, training delivery; Documentation to support operational governance structure, encompassing various deliverables required to support ‘project’ to ‘operations’ transition; Mandatory Requirement A minimum of 8 years as a Senior BA with 2 years recent experience as a lead Senior Business Analyst responsible for clinical and non-clinical requirements gathering to support standardization and consolidation related to a Picture Archiving and Communications System in an acute care / hospital setting
