SAP Consultant – Onboarding & Payroll Modules Job Description: We are seeking experienced SAP Consultants with a strong background in Onboarding and SAP Payroll modules . The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and supporting SAP HCM solutions in complex enterprise environments. Responsibilities: Lead configuration and implementation efforts for SAP Onboarding and Payroll Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions Perform system testing, data validation, and support go-live activities Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations and HR policies Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in coordination with technical teams Requirements: 5 years of SAP HCM experience with a focus on Payroll and Onboarding Strong understanding of HR business processes and compliance standards Hands-on experience in blueprinting, configuration, and testing Excellent communication and client-facing skills
