Our GTA client is looking for a senior SAP BTP Architect for a short term remote contract opportunity. The consultant will support in assessing and planning the SAP BTP delivery of two key components: AP Automation: Automating invoice processing from vendors via email/portal, validating against business rules, posting to SAP, and handling exceptions. Vendor Management: Developing a self-service vendor portal for vendor-related data submission, integrating with SAP Vendor Master. Key Responsibilities: Review requirements for both components, including integration with SAP and other architecture components. Conduct a fit-gap analysis on SAP BTP capabilities and available AI models (OCR, document understanding), identifying areas requiring customization, potential technical debt, and estimated effort. Prepare and document findings, including pros and cons of different implementation approaches. Present SAP BTP architecture insights to both technical teams and business/management stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications: SAP BTP Expertise (Required) Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) Automation and Vendor Management (Nice to have) Strong background in SAP integration and architecture. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences. Experience assessing AI models for document processing is a plus.
