A leading packaging organization is seeking a Sales Representative to manage existing customer accounts and establish new opportunities to achieve annual sales objectives. This role involves maintaining current customer relationships, prospecting new clients, and collaborating with management on budget planning. The Sales Representative will work closely with Area Operations teams to sell open machine capacity and value-added services and support cross-functional teams to ensure the execution of sales strategies. Responsibilities Pursue new business opportunities and manage existing customer accounts. Develop a robust sales pipeline and manage select existing customer relationships. Partner with management for budget planning and work with operations teams to sell open machine capacity and value-added services. Drive commercial excellence to exceed volume and profit goals through new account development and growth in existing accounts. Collaborate with other facilities to create additional revenue streams. Utilize CRM system (Salesforce.com) to manage opportunities and pipeline. Manage contractual relationships and negotiate multi-year contracts. Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2-3 years of B2B sales experience (manufacturing/service industry preferred). Demonstrated sales competence. Knowledge of corrugated plants Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook). Live within 60 miles from the plant (Ontario, Canada) Book of business to bring with them.
