Overall Responsibilities Reporting to the Director International Sales & Planning and Performance, the International Sales Planning and Performance Manager will be responsible for planning, leading and executing International Business Unit (IBU) planning and forecasting cycles with both the internal and external teams. This role is responsible for monitoring sales and tracking and reporting on the KPI’s for the business, with the goal of streamlining and optimizing these processes to drive insights, accountability to the sales team, and better visibility to the organization to enable the IBU team to achieve their short and long-term business goals. Key Responsibilities include: Leads the budget & partner planning process for International IBU, being the key link to help the sales team plan with their partners. Leads sales reporting/forecasting including weekly sales tracking, risks and opportunities monitoring. Supports the ongoing maintenance and development of internal sales reporting/analytics using our internal BI system (reporting, improvements, master data validation) Works with Demand planning to review detailed sales forecasts once sales has submitted their forecast. Works closely with Marketing as the key sales contact to develop and track IBU specific KPI’s such as innovation launches and price increases. Presents reports, findings and provides recommendations to senior leadership teams Ad hoc projects and reports as required Key Competencies Customer-Centric Approach: Develops deep insights into customer needs and drives mutually tailored solutions.
