We’re looking for someone hungry, relentless, and willing to put in the work for the next 3-5 years to reap the long-term rewards. What You’ll Be Doing ● Sales & Business Development: Identify and close deals with hotel groups, procurement firms, designers, and developers. ● Prospecting & Outreach: Build relationships with key decision-makers across North America. ● Client Meetings & Travel: This is not a desk job—you’ll be on the road, in front of clients, and making things happen. ● Strategy & Execution: Work closely with Workshop Hospitality’s existing infrastructure (operations, logistics, and design) to scale NOA quickly. ● Ownership Mentality: You’ll have the chance to shape the direction of the company while earning a significant share of its success.
