In this role, you will engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. You will deliver engaging product presentations, cultivate lasting relationships, and work independently and with your team to meet and exceed sales targets. What you’ll be doing: Sales & Customer Interaction Engage with potential customers through face-to-face interactions in retail, event, or residential settings. Present products and services compellingly to generate interest and close sales. Track and report daily sales performance. Business Development & Training Learn and implement proven sales techniques to improve performance. Participate in daily team meetings to set goals, share strategies, and track progress. Receive one-on-one coaching and mentorship from experienced leaders to develop business and leadership skills. Work closely with the sales team and other departments to develop effective strategies, share insights, and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company, demonstrating relentless determination and a results-driven mindset. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and customer interactions using CRM software. Strong communication skills – ability to engage with customers and build relationships. High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is a plus).
