About the Role: We’re looking for a seasoned Retention Marketing Manager to take ownership of Vitaly’s email, SMS, and direct mail efforts. In this role, you’ll craft and execute retention strategies that deepen customer loyalty, drive repeat purchases, and grow our subscriber base. Collaborating closely with our creative and e-commerce teams, you’ll ensure every touchpoint reflects the bold, experimental essence of Vitaly while delivering measurable results. What You’ll Do: Own the Strategy: You’ll lead email, SMS, and direct mail efforts, turning subscribers into superfans and repeat buyers. Campaign Architect: Collaborate with our design team to create retention-driven assets that are as bold and experimental as the jewelry they’re selling. Analytics Pro: Dive deep into data. Think repeat purchase rates, subscriber growth, and segmentation strategies that hit just right. Creative Collaborator: Give feedback on creative assets and make sure everything feels unapologetically Vitaly—irreverent, stylish, and a little cheeky. Work Smarter: Keep the machine running smoothly with Asana (major bonus points if you already know your way around it) and ensure your campaigns are organized, efficient, and effective. Budget: You’ll own the retention marketing budget. That means prioritizing strategies that give our customers what they want and keep the bottom line looking sharp. What We’re Looking For: Retention Rockstar: You’ve got 5 years of experience in retention marketing, ideally with a direct-to-consumer brand. Bonus points if you’ve worked with fashion or lifestyle brands. Platform Whiz: You know your way around Klaviyo and Postscript like it’s second nature. Figma and Asana familiarity? Even better. Data-Driven Creative: You know how to balance strategy with storytelling, using analytics to inform creative campaigns that drive results. Trend Spotter: You’re culturally tapped in—whether it’s memes, fashion moments, or TikTok trends, you know what’s resonating with Gen Z.
