Today, we proudly serve regions from British Columbia to Nova Scotia—truly coast to coast About the Role: The Regional Manager is a key leadership role at Safesidewalks Canada, and you will work closely with the CEO and Director of Operations. You will be responsible for strengthening and expanding our presence in Ontario, strengthening relationships with existing clients as well as expanding our customer base and driving the region’s sales strategy. In addition to sales, the Regional Manager will be support local operations team, including being involved in hiring, supervision, work scheduling, and quality control. The Regional Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding Safesidewalks Canada’s presence in Ontario, and advancing its mission of providing safe, accessible walkways to communities across the country. If this resonates with you and you’re eager to innovate as a key part of a growing company, we’d love to hear why you’re the perfect fit Key Responsibilities Build up current and create new sales relationships across Ontario, including with municipalities and property managers; Systematically lead customer on full journey from first contact to site inspection to quotation to work scheduling and execution to project completion and close; Support local operations team, including being involved in hiring, supervision, work scheduling, and quality control; Detailed data collection and reporting, ensuring goals are reached and improvement is continuous; and Any other duties that may be required from time-to-time that can be expected for an entrepreneurial driven organization. A strong candidate will have: Entrepreneurial work ethic: self-motivated, driven, and do-what-it-takes attitude; Team player mindset: desire to learn, ability to oversee and lead local teams; Experience in direct sales: excellent professional communication, customer service and negotiation, preferably in municipal and property management settings; and Disciplined time management and organizational skills: detail oriented for measuring and tracking progress and data capture in CRM and spreadsheets.
