Must have a reliable means of transportation. Responsibilities: Provide back up support in full cycle trades recruitment including sourcing and pre-screening resumes with prospective candidates Collect and upload required certifications and training documentation relevant to each position into appropriate database Initiate mobilization process for recruited new hires Support and initiate the benefit program for hourly staff Address and support employees with payroll inquiries Communicate mobilization logistics including project specific information to new hires Support the Apprenticeship program to ensure compliance with Apprenticeship Industry Training (AIT) Upload, monitor and answer questions regarding tickets uploaded to centralized support centre Initiate change of engagement and demobilization forms etc as necessary and liaise with appropriate site coordinators. Provide onboarding support as required Create employment verification letters Complete various reports including diversity and inclusion reporting, employee recognition program reporting and alcohol and drug testing account reconciliation Provide administrative support to HR and recruitment teams as required Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years administrative experience supporting Recruitment or HR functions Human Resources experience working within an industrial construction environment preferred but not required Certificate, diploma or degree accreditation in Business or Human Resources is preferred Proven competency in MS Office suite of tools Familiarity with applicant tracking and HR systems Ability to appropriately handle high volume of mobilizations for field projects and work in a fast paced environment Interpersonal skills – establish direct working relationships and rapport with all levels within the organization, communication skills including verbal and written Customer service, including developing and improving customer relationships internally and externally Attention to detail, accuracy and a focus on producing a quality product in a timely manner Worley Canada Construction strives to be an industry leader in health, safety and environmental performance.
