About the job We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who consistently delivers high-quality work within deadlines and can collaborate effectively with employees, customers, and suppliers. Responsibilities Responsible for participating in the maintenance of the Quality Management System, so it is always updated according to the current process in the corresponding facility. Ability to act in conjunction with the Quality Director to drive decisions concerning Production, Repair, and Receiving Inspection situations/issues. Involved in hands-on production activities. Collaborate effectively with the Engineering Team for New Product Introduction and Change Management processes. Manage Product audits and QMS audits Issue Certificate release for finished goods Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in an aerospace company as Quality coordinator or equivalent. Technical degree in an industrial-related field (Quality, Industrial, Mechanical, Aerospace). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines. Computer skills: MS Office, Quality Software, ERP System. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and time management with a demonstrated ability to excel in a dynamic, high-pressure environment. Knowledge of certification processes related to the aerospace industry. Ability to work with production, engineering, and materials personnel.
