We are seeking a skilled Program Manager & Business Analyst to lead and optimize our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) / Account-Based Experience (ABX) programs. This role will focus on driving strategic ABM initiatives, analyzing campaign effectiveness, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to boost revenue growth and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute ABM/ABX strategies with marketing, sales, and customer success teams. Manage end-to-end ABM campaigns and ensure alignment with business objectives. Oversee workflows, project timelines, budgets, and KPIs for ABM initiatives. Analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights for optimization. Leverage CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools to track metrics and optimize engagement. Create dashboards and reports to present findings to stakeholders. Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge of ABM/ABX strategies, frameworks, and tools (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase). Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot), and analytics platforms. Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent project management skills, with Agile experience a plus. B2B SaaS or enterprise solutions experience preferred. Experience with intent data, customer journey analytics, and personalization strategies. Proficiency in SQL, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), or data visualization tools a plus. Education & Experience: 5 years in program management, business analysis, or a related role within B2B marketing or sales. Certifications in ABM, Business Analysis, or Project Management (e.g., PMI, Pragmatic Institute) preferred. Languages: English: Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking.
