We are hiring for our client in the financial services. Duration: 6 months Job Type: Hybrid (3 days onsite) Responsibilities: Design and implement IT and digital marketing architecture using AWS Connect, Salesforce, and Adobe Experience Suite. Ensure seamless integration of systems to enhance customer engagement and streamline operations. Develop a strategic roadmap for tool usage and operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals. Optimize marketing automation and personalization strategies. Assess system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices. Maintain documentation and provide reports on system performance and project progress. Requirements: 10 years of experience in IT architecture and digital marketing solutions. Expertise in AWS Connect, Salesforce, and Adobe Experience Suite. Strong understanding of cloud computing, contact center systems, and marketing technologies. Proven ability to design and integrate complex IT and digital marketing solutions. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Relevant certifications in AWS, Salesforce, or Adobe Experience Manager are a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or related field; Master’s preferred.
