Product Owner – Toronto (Remote) Osborne Recruitment is delighted to partner with a global mobility solutions provider who is expanding their Toronto-based team. This well-established company supports some of the largest brands across the world by ensuring the seamless relocation and set-up of crucial talent in locations where they can make the most significant contributions. The Product Owner is a true problem solver and collaborates closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, Business Analysts and Clients to proactively navigate a positive customer experience. Role & Responsibilities: Oversee the entire product lifecycle process from ideation to delivery Work together with Workstream Lead to manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives Convert overarching product strategies into actionable development tasks Focus on delivering features that meet customer needs and satisfaction with each iteration Interpret product and market research to inform decision-making Collaborate on defining product or feature requirements and prioritize them based on data-driven decisions Monitor and report on Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance Work jointly with the Scrum Lead, Designers, Engineers, and Business Analysts in the design, development, and testing of products or features Act as a resource to assist in the growth of the product management discipline across the organization Qualifications: A creative and curious mindset to approach, understand and solve problems Advanced interpersonal skills to successfully collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders Ability to interpret user and market research Effective communication skills and presentation delivery to all client levels within organization Manage and prioritization of multiple needs and ability to thrive in a challenging environment Fluent communication in English Required Experience: 3-5 years of product management experience Proven success and experience with shipping product(s) Familiarity with working in a cross-functional team environment Experience with B2B2C products Mobility industry experience is an asset but not required Bachelor’s degree Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience Benefits: 3% annual bonus opportunities Comprehensive health coverage 3 weeks vacation Addition PTO days for wellness, birthday and volunteering Laptop, monitor and headset provided Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 If you are interested in learning more about the Product Owner position, please apply through the link provided to the attention of Jasmine Sahansra at jasmine.sahansraosbornerecruitment.ca or reach out directly at 647.268.7384
