Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst/Process Engineer (BA/PE) to join a Canadian Banking team for a multiyear initiative focused on CIRO rules efficiencies and process improvements. This role involves a significant mandate to address upcoming regulations by the end of this year. The ideal candidate will understand the current state and future changes, prioritize focus areas, and work closely with senior management. Responsibilities: • Scope out inventory of mutual funds and review processes to identify opportunities. • Develop strategies, including zero strategy document, assessment and review, inventory of changes, and quick wins (tech and non-tech based). • Participate in the zero rules consolidation initiative by the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization. • Contribute to a multi-year program to amalgamate, improve efficiency, and streamline rules. • Analyze processes, changes, and impacts in an integrated role. Optimize solutions, define opportunities, understand procedures, and conduct impact assessments, quantifying wins and strategizing improvements. Compensation: $58/hr to $68/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability, life insurance and AD&D.
