Duties and Responsibilities: – Producing Statements of Claim, Trial Records and client correspondence; – Creation and preparation of documents; – Dealing with undertaking, pleadings, motion materials etc.; and – Any other legal and administrative duties as required. Requirements: – 5 years experience in Personal Injury law; – Law Clerk diploma from a recognized institute; – Strong written and verbal communication skills; – Good time management and organizational abilities; and – Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook and experience with Primafact .
