This full-time role supports a seamless transition as part of a team preparing for an internal retirement. What You’ll Do: Manage end-to-end payroll for salaried/hourly staff across ON, QC, and the Maritimes Ensure accurate remittances, year-end reporting, and compliance Optimize and streamline payroll processes and reporting Act as internal lead for Dayforce, including training, troubleshooting & Ceridian support Collaborate closely with HR and Finance on audits, updates, and data integrity You Bring: 5 years’ payroll experience across multiple provinces (ON required; QC/Maritimes a plus) Advanced Ceridian Dayforce user with implementation and training experience Strong technical skills with a passion for process improvement Deep knowledge of payroll legislation and best practices PCP designation preferred
