Who You Are: We’re looking for a detail-oriented, intuitive, and highly organized Matchmaking Assistant to support our CEO in delivering an unparalleled matchmaking experience. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have a knack for relationship-building, research, and crafting compelling communication. What You’ll Do: Scout & Source Matches – Research and identify high-caliber potential matches for our elite clientele. Complete screening and background checks. Client & Match Communication – Assist with drafting personalized messages, follow-ups, and introductions. Database Management – Maintain and update client profiles with meticulous attention to detail. Research & Insights – Stay updated on industry trends, relationship psychology, and social dynamics to enhance matchmaking strategies. CEO Support – Provide direct assistance to Emily Lyons, helping streamline matchmaking operations and client interactions. What You Bring: Strong writing and communication skills with a polished, engaging, and warm tone. Excellent research abilities and intuition for compatibility. High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information. A passion for people, relationships, and understanding human dynamics.
