As part of our continued growth, we’re seeking a driven Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Opportunity As a Marketing Coordinator at Frontline Machinery, you’ll play a key role in executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and business growth. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to develop engaging content, manage social media platforms, optimize online equipment listings, support CRM database management, and assist with event coordination. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing, this role offers significant potential for career advancement within the company. This is an in-office position based in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada . Applicants must reside in the province, have reliable commuting options, and hold legal authorization to work in Canada. Key Responsibilities Develop engaging content and innovative campaigns for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Manage and maintain the social media content calendar, creating and scheduling posts while analyzing performance metrics. Keep the company’s online equipment listings and marketplace platforms updated. Update and optimize website content using WordPress, ensuring functionality, design, performance, security, and SEO best practices. Prepare and distribute marketing materials to Frontline Machinery’s branches across Canada. Support interdepartmental needs by creating marketing documents, forms, and email campaigns. Assist in event management, including pre- and post-event communications, setup, execution, and participation. Manage CRM database accuracy, tracking leads, customers, and campaign lists while enriching data. Organize and maintain sales and marketing documents and digital files. Create analytical reports on marketing performance (web, email, CRM, social media, etc.) to guide decision-making. Provide occasional sales and customer service support, such as responding to inquiries and online leads. What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing (B2B marketing preferred). Certification, diploma, or degree in Marketing or a related field . Experience with digital content, social media, and email marketing platforms with a strong grasp of best practices. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other graphic design software. Excellent creative writing skills with a focus on SEO-optimized content . Strong experience managing social media platforms, including Facebook Meta Suite, Instagram, and LinkedIn . Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as MailChimp and WordPress . Solid understanding of design principles, graphic layouts, and print production. Impeccable English writing, grammar, and punctuation skills . Self-motivated and capable of working independently to meet deadlines and goals. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
