This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals who are passionate about helping clients secure their financial future. Key Responsibilities: Sell a variety of financial products, including Life Insurance, Accident & Sickness (A&S) Insurance, RRSPs, and Group Benefits. Manage and grow a personal book of business while servicing existing clients. Utilize provided leads while also generating new business opportunities. Deliver exceptional client service by assessing insurance needs and offering tailored solutions. Cross-sell and refer clients for other insurance products, such as Home & Auto, earning additional referral commissions. Work closely with sales managers and internal support teams to maximize business opportunities. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Qualifications: LLQP License (Life License Qualification Program) required. Minimum 2 years of experience in life insurance sales. Strong sales and relationship-building skills. Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Google Suite (for remote roles). Ability to work in a hybrid or fully remote environment, depending on the opportunity. Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on long-term account growth. HYBRID ROLE COMPENSATION Compensation & Benefits: Hybrid Role (Base Salary Commission) – Location is in Vaughan, ON Base Salary: Negotiable, typically starting around $50K, depending on experience. Commission Structure: 50% for group sales / 60% for self-generated leads. 30% split if lead is provided. Renewals up to 40%. Perks: Book of Business Ownership: If you bring your own book of business, you retain ownership, but new clients become company clients. Some commission splits may apply. Salary for First Two Years: For new brokers without an existing book, a base salary is provided for approximately two years, transitioning into a commission-based model. Referral Commissions: Earn 10% per year for every home & auto referral. Management Support: Hands-on coaching and guidance from experienced sales managers. REMOTE ROLE COMPENSATION & PERKS Compensation: 100% Commission-Based Uncapped Earning Potential: 60/40 commission split (40% agent, 60% company). 120% override on qualifying premiums. Monthly payouts based on previous month’s closed sales. Average annual earnings of $80K for brokers meeting sales targets.
