Our clients span multiple industries, and we need versatile, driven, and adaptable telemarketers who can pivot between campaigns at a moment’s notice. Who We’re Looking For: We’re looking for sales-focused professionals who thrive on results. This role is best suited for someone with a strong sales background and prior phone experience in sales, appointment setting, customer service, or a similar role. The ideal candidate is: Highly adaptable – able to switch between campaigns effortlessly Goal-oriented – motivated by performance-based earnings Experienced – with a solid foundation in sales and phone-based communication Flexible – open to different pay structures depending on the client Compensation & Structure: This is a commission-driven role with a minimum 30% commission on sales and a per appointment commission depending on the campaign that suits your skills best. Some clients may offer hourly pay commission, while others are strictly commission-based High earning potential for those who can hustle and close deals What You’ll Do: Conduct outbound calls to book appointments and generate leads Work across multiple campaigns, adjusting messaging as needed Engage prospects, handle objections, and convert interest into action Maintain organized records in CRM Meet or exceed performance targets What You Bring to the Table: Proven sales experience – preferably in phone sales, cold calling, or appointment setting Resilience and adaptability – can shift between campaigns without missing a beat Comfort with commission-based pay and a results-driven mindset Self-motivated, competitive, and confident in closing deals Basic CRM proficiency (or willingness to learn) What We Offer: High commission structure – earn 30% per closed sale Flexible work environment – remote and adaptable hours In-person training available for those who want hands-on coaching or located close enough.
