Job Title: L2/L3 IT Support Technician (Hybrid) Location: Richmond Hill, Ontario (Hybrid – 2 days in-office per week) Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and experienced L2/L3 IT Support Technician to join the team in Richmond Hill at an established VAR. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration for end-users. You will handle escalated issues, perform system diagnostics, and work to resolve any technical challenges. This is a hybrid role with a requirement to work 2 days per week in the office. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex. Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise end-users, ensuring prompt and effective solutions. Collaborate with the IT team to address system-wide issues. Maintain and monitor system performance, identifying and resolving potential disruptions. Assist with any other L2/L3 tickets as required. Offer guidance and best practices to end-users for optimal platform use. Qualifications: Proven experience in IT support, specifically with Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience in networking or security tickets is highly desired (firewalls, VPN issues, connectivity etc.) Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Availability to work 2 days per week in-office in Richmond Hill, Ontario.
