Key Account Executive Location: Remote (In-office presence required twice a month or as needed for business needs) Are you a detail-oriented and results-driven professional looking to grow your career in sales and account management? We’re seeking a Key Account Specialist to support our partnership with one of our major National Accounts . This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, marketing execution, and customer relationship management while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do Collaborate with the Key Account Executive to implement promotions, marketing, and merchandising programs. Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at the account to ensure seamless communication and partnership. Manage day-to-day account requests, including inventory inquiries, order execution, and pricing confirmations. Support escalations at the store level by identifying issues and implementing solutions. Ensure data accuracy in pricing details, submissions, and required Home Depot-specific files. Monitor and address pricing discrepancies and MAP violations using internal reporting tools. Work closely with internal teams to confirm inventory support for weekly flyer promotions. Assist in onboarding new products and managing promotional brand initiatives. Participate in sales initiatives and generate reports to track account performance. Seek opportunities for growth, with the potential to transition into a sales role. What You Bring Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or account coordination. Strong computer skills , including proficiency in Outlook and Word (SAP knowledge is a plus). Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables). A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
