As a Junior DevOps Engineer, you’ll play an integral role in our IT infrastructure while learning and contributing to the development and maintenance of automated CI/CD pipelines. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate on designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) to automate build, test, and release processes. Utilize Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) to assist in managing and provisioning infrastructure. Work daily with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) to support seamless deployments. Assist in implementing system and application monitoring (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch) to optimize performance and resource usage. Support system monitoring, installation, and maintenance across Windows, Mac, and Linux environments. Provide first-level technical support by troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Assist with routine security updates, patch management, and compliance tasks to ensure system integrity. Qualifications: 4 years of experience in IT or a related field (internships or project experience are welcome). Deep understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and security best practices. Understanding of FireWalls (Cisco, Fortigate, Paloalto) Experience with at least one scripting language (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell) is a plus. Familiarity with Linux and/or Windows server environments. Experience with Google Workspace / Office365 Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and Git workflows. Exposure to containerization (Docker) and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Understanding of MDM (Intune/Jamp) A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
