Job Title: IT Business Analyst Work Mode: Hybrid Onsite/Offsite (Preferred onsite) Location: Regina, Saskatchewan (Onsite) Project Duration: 12 months Hours per day: 8 hours Mandatory Skills & Experience: Previous experience with large system implementations of COTS and custom applications Experience in requirements management and business process workflow modeling Experience with Agile frameworks and user-centered design Ability to document and maintain requirements traceability Experience in workshop facilitation and journey mapping Preferred Skills & Experience: Experience with user story documentation and test planning Capability mapping experience CBAP certification Certifications: CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification preferred Additional Information: Contract needs: availability, onsite/offsite, work week details available upon request Hybrid work model available with preference for onsite work
