Job Title : HRMS Functional Location: Mississauga, ON, (Onsite) Duration: Full Time Role Key Responsibilities: UKG Pro Expertise : Manage and support the full suite of recruiting, HR, and payroll processes within UKG Pro, ensuring smooth functionality and optimization. Application Support from an IT Perspective : Provide dedicated IT support for UKG Pro and Dimension applications, addressing technical issues and ensuring operational efficiency. Design & Implementation : Lead the design and implementation of UKG Pro and Dimension solutions tailored to organizational needs, ensuring seamless integration and system performance. ITIL Knowledge : Apply ITIL methodologies for service management, ensuring consistent and high-quality support services for UKG Pro users. Required Skills: UKG Pro & Dimension Functional Knowledge : In-depth expertise in UKG Pro modules for recruiting, HR, and payroll process management. Application Support Experience : Strong IT experience in supporting, troubleshooting, and enhancing UKG Pro and Dimension applications. System Design and Configuration : Proven ability to design, implement, and configure UKG Pro and Dimension solutions to meet business requirements. ITIL Understanding : Familiarity with ITIL frameworks, including incident management, change management, and continuous improvement strategies.
