About the Role We are seeking an experienced HCM (Human Capital Management) Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in leading HCM solutions to join our team. This role will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing HCM solutions and software. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that HCM systems are optimized to meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze HCM system requirements. Design and configure HCM application modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Talent Management. Act as a subject matter expert on HCM system capabilities, best practices, and configurations. Lead system implementations, upgrades, and integrations with third-party applications. Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on system customizations and enhancements. Create and maintain process documentation, training materials, and user guides. Perform system testing, including creating test cases and coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT). Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support for complex escalated issues Analyze data and generate reports to support business decision-making. Stay up-to-date with UKG product releases and industry best practices. Knowledge and Experience Required Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in HCM systems realm. 3 years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro/UltiPro or other leading toolset such as Workday, Success Factors, etc Strong understanding of HR processes, including Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Talent Management. Experience with system implementations, upgrades, and integrations. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, UKG Analytics). Project management experience is a plus. UKG certifications preferred. Note: Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Brookfield’s identity.
