We’re tackling the housing crisis by connecting our clients to suitable living solutions and need a dynamic individual to join our team. Role Summary As a Guest Sales Specialist , you’ll lead client acquisition by partnering with shelters, settlement agencies, and housing organizations to bring new renters to TempHo’s properties. You’ll ensure strong communication with current clients, manage their needs, and collaborate with the team to secure business—driving growth and supporting our mission. Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition : Build relationships with shelters, settlement agencies, and housing groups to source new clients; use an existing database to grow TempHo’s renter base; conduct property showings. Client Channel Engagement : Promote TempHo’s services through outreach to engage prospective clients. Client Communication & Retention : Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction; guide renters through bookings; communicate needs to secure properties; foster long-term relationships. Outreach & Travel : Travel across the GTA to connect with partners and clients; represent TempHo at housing events. Administrative & Screening : Manage client sign-ins with accuracy; screen renters for suitability and safety. Business Development : Conduct market research and intelligence to identify trends; cross-sell services; implement referral programs. Collaboration & Reporting : Update supervisors daily via company tools; work with teams for client readiness. Requirements and Qualifications 2–3 years in similar roles with asylum seekers, newcomers, Canadians, shelters, or housing organizations. Existing database of target clients (highly preferred). Proven sales or relationship management skills with a results-driven mindset. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required for GTA travel). Deep knowledge of the GTA housing landscape. Benefits and Perks $25.00/hour performance incentives.
