We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Mississauga, Canada for the position of : Generative AI Engineer. Location: Mississauga Employment Type: Full-time, Hybrid As a Generative AI Engineer, you will be responsible for collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized AI solutions. Your main responsibilities will include: Collaborating with clients to understand requirements and design AI solutions tailored to their specific needs. Fine-tuning and optimizing pre-existing generative AI models for client applications. Integrating AI models into client systems and ensuring smooth deployment. Providing technical support and troubleshooting for AI implementations. Conducting training sessions and workshops to educate clients on generative AI and its benefits. Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning. Documenting and presenting findings, methodologies, and results to clients and stakeholders. Your Profile Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in fine-tuning and deploying generative AI models. Skills: Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar technologies. Knowledge: Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and deep learning techniques. Other: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS. Experience in a client-facing or consulting role. Contributions to open-source AI projects or publications in top-tier conferences/journals.
