As we continue to scale our offerings and impact, we’re seeking fractional marketing support to drive awareness, engagement, and experimentation across our channels. We are now poised to enhance our team with the addition of a Fractional Marketing Coordinator. The Marketing Coordinator will play a critical support role in the execution of digital campaigns, content creation, and brand experimentation across both Disruptive Edge and Aucctus. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy, AI-native marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to apply new tools and formats to modern marketing. We’re looking for a self-starter—a student or recent grad who’s fluent in the new marketing stack (AI tools, short-form content, Web4 culture), and excited to learn while making a tangible impact. Role Overview: Content Creation & AI-Enhanced Marketing Draft, edit, and publish compelling content (e.g., blog posts, LinkedIn carousels, short-form videos) using AI tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, Descript, or Midjourney. Assist in producing assets for newsletters, case studies, and social media. Create micro-content for campaign reuse (memes, snippets, visual quotes). Digital Marketing Support Support the management of websites (Wix, Webflow) and landing pages. Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (GA4, LinkedIn, HubSpot). Help schedule and deploy marketing communications and social posts. Marketing Ops & Tooling Maintain and improve CRM lists, email workflows, and automations. Research and test emerging AI tools to optimize marketing output. Support on the design of internal marketing systems and playbooks. Brand Culture & Community Stay on top of Web3/Web4, GenAI, startup, and fintech trends to inform tone and relevance. Contribute to brainstorms, marketing sprints, and creative direction. Support event promotion, student/university partnerships, and micro-collabs. Who You Are: A current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Design, or Business—or a self-taught creator with a strong digital portfolio. Comfortable navigating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Descript, Synthesia) for content ideation and production. Deeply immersed in online culture (Reddit, Twitter/X, Discord, etc.) and Web4/GenAI trends. Highly organized, proactive, and communicative. Interested in working across innovation, fintech, and strategy domains. Bonus : Basic design/video skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express) or interest in no-code platforms (e.g., Notion, Framer, Tally). Working Conditions: This is a remote, part-time role with flexible hours (perfect for a student or freelance-style schedule). You’ll report into senior leaders from both Aucctus and Disruptive Edge. Opportunities to grow into expanded hours, freelance project scope, or future full-time role. Expected hourly workload of 15–20 hours per week.
