We are seeking a Vice President of Sales to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives that drive revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability across Canadian Bearings (CB). This role ensures alignment between sales objectives and corporate goals, leveraging data-driven insights, market trends, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize customer engagement, sales performance, and business development. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Strategic Planning Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business goals. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Define and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Brand Management Oversee the development and execution of brand positioning and messaging. Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing channels and materials. Enhance brand awareness and reputation within the industrial sector. Digital Marketing Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Utilize data analytics to measure and optimize digital marketing performance. Drive lead generation and customer engagement through digital channels. Oversee CB’s website performance in lead generation and brand promotion. Product & Service Collaborate with product and service management to develop go-to-market strategies for new products and services. Create compelling product marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and case studies. Train the sales team in product features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Customer Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners. Implement customer feedback mechanisms to improve products and services. Lead customer loyalty and retention programs. Pricing Strategy Development Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives and market positioning of organization’s value propositions. Create pricing models that maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market. Budget Management Plan and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective initiatives and ROI. Partnership & Collaboration Work closely with sales, product and service development, and other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and strategy. Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and vendors. Analytics & Reporting Establish KPIs and track campaign performance using analytics tools. Provide regular reports for senior leadership with actionable insights and recommendations. Team Leadership Build and manage a high-performing marketing team. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members. Collaborate with the company’s subject matter experts to develop high-quality content that positions as a thought leader in the industry. WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO OUR TEAM: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in B2B marketing. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies. Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Capable of enabling lead generation at scale. Knowledge and skill for brand awareness to increase brand awareness and market share. Improvement in customer satisfaction and retention. Achievement of marketing ROI targets. Experience managing multi-channel campaigns. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
