Please note that this is a 5 days/week In-Office position, based in our office in Mississauga, ON. Role Overview As the Director of Digital Marketing & PPC at BoomerangFX, you will lead our efforts in planning, developing, implementing, and managing demand generation strategies globally. You will oversee a team of PPC ad strategists and graphic designers, guiding them to execute high-quality digital marketing campaigns that drive consistent and predictable leads and sales for our healthcare practice clients in the USA, Canada, Australia, and the UK. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute high-performing digital marketing strategies focused on demand generation, including PPC advertising (Google, Meta, etc.), email marketing, SEO, social media marketing, and content marketing. Lead and manage a team of PPC ad strategists and graphic designers, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and performance management. Analyze campaign performance metrics, ROI, and other KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders for optimization and improvement. Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, implementing innovative strategies to maintain our competitive edge. Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, sales, and customer service teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. 8 years of direct experience in Digital Marketing, with a strong focus on demand generation and PPC advertising. 5 years of experience managing a team in a marketing or agency environment. Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive significant business results. Experience with healthcare or SaaS industries is a plus. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
