You’ll lead our efforts to expand Workorb’s market presence, lead sales efforts, and drive revenue growth. What You’ll Do: Lead business development strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts in the US and Canada. Attend industry conferences and exhibitions across US and Canada Identify and engage key decision-makers at AEC firms, showcasing Workorb’s value through tailored presentations and demos. Manage partnership and sponsorship relationships with industry organizations and events. Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-suite executives, BD directors, and proposal teams. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging, optimize campaigns, and align outreach with industry pain points. What We’re Looking For: – 3 years in a business development role selling software/SaaS solutions to the AEC industry. – Deep understanding of the Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry – Strong presentation skills – you thrive in virtual/onsite meetings and command the room. – Relationship-building expertise with a knack for closing deals and fostering loyalty.
