Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Digital Media Coordinator to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with demand-side platforms (DSPs), such as The Trade Desk, and a passion for leveraging data and technology to execute effective media buying strategies. This role is perfect for someone looking to deepen their expertise in programmatic advertising while contributing to the success of our clients and campaigns. Responsibilities Campaign Management: · Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of programmatic media campaigns across DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, Amazon, etc.). · Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to meet performance goals (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.). · Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and propose actionable recommendations. Performance Reporting: · Prepare and deliver performance reports with actionable insights to internal stakeholders or clients on a weekly basis. · Maintain clear documentation of campaign optimizations and performance improvements. Platform Expertise: · Stay updated on new features and trends across The Trade Desk and other DSPs. · Test and implement advanced DSP functionalities, including custom bidding, inventory packages, and creative optimizations. Collaboration & Communication: · Present weekly reports to client. · Work closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure cohesive campaign execution. · Coordinate with external vendors, publishers, and ad tech partners as needed. Qualifications Education: · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience: · 1-2 years of experience in programmatic media buying or digital advertising. · Hands-on experience with DSPs such as The Trade Desk (preferred) or other platforms like Amazon. Skills: · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, etc.). · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data sets. · Familiarity with campaign measurement tools and methodologies. · Basic understanding of ad tech concepts, such as real-time bidding, CPM, and ad exchanges. Attributes · Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. · Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. · Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Preferred Qualifications: · Certifications in The Trade Desk Edge Academy or similar training programs. · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis, and automation with macros.
