We continue to stock premium bearings in our 12,000 square feet warehouse and a modern office in Mississauga. We pride ourselves on delivering reliable parts with exceptional customer service, backed by a deep understanding of the industrial sector. As we continue to grow our digital presence, we’re looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to drive online visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement. Position Overview We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute digital campaigns that increase our brand awareness, grow traffic, and generate leads in the industrial B2B/B2C space. The ideal candidate will have experience marketing technical or industrial products and a strong grasp of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content strategy. Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email, social media, and content marketing) Manage and update company’s e-commerce (Magento 2.0) website content (e.g., product pages, blog posts, landing pages) Maintain and update the CRM data on company’s ERP (Epicor.com/Prophet21) Create marketing campaigns on Amazon Seller account and various other online platforms Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns for industrial parts and components Analyze campaign performance and website analytics using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush; provide insights and recommendations Grow and manage email marketing lists; create and send newsletters and promotional campaigns Monitor and improve SEO performance through keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) with a focus on ROI Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and competitors Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 5 years of experience in digital marketing or related role Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Mailchimp, Adobe, or similar Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices. Strong copywriting and editing skills, particularly for technical products Familiarity with HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe, WordPress, Magento etc.) Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Experience working with or marketing industrial parts, tools, or components is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously What We Offer Competitive salary and performance bonuses Health benefits Opportunities for professional growth in a stable, growing industry
