LIVE What You will Do: • Develop and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing channels. • Analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and fine-tune strategies to meet key performance indicators (KPIs). • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content, including blogs, videos, and infographics. • Manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent and authentic brand messaging. • Conduct market research to uncover emerging trends and uncover new opportunities. • Stay on top of competitors’ strategies and continuously monitor digital marketing activities in the industry. • Keep up with the latest digital marketing tools, technologies, and best practices to drive success. WIN What you bring to the table: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role, with a proven track record of driving results. • Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, MailChimp, Google Tag Manager, and Adobe Creative Suite (an asset). • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms, with an eye for the latest trends. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to create compelling content. • Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. • A creative, innovative mindset, and the drive to solve problems in fresh and exciting ways.
