Cloud Engineer Remote 12 months contract Rate- $30 to $32/hr USD Note- Cloud Migration is imp Qualifications: In-depth experience in designing, building, and managing Linux/Unix-based and Windows systems. In-depth experience with on prem virtualization platforms – Nutanix and VMWare Proven hands-on cloud experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS). Knowledge and experience supporting resources in public cloud provider platforms. Demonstrated knowledge of core cloud competencies Demonstrated experience with automation scripting tools. Experience identifying repeatable processes and working with operations team to automate/document. Experience migrating on-prem servers to AWS Cloud using AWS Application Service (MGN) or similar migration tools. AWS Certified SysOps Administrator. In-depth experience implementing Cloud Services with an Infrastructure as code methodology using Cloud formation, Ansible, or Terraform. Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and implementing a least privileged model of access in AWS. Deep troubleshooting skills that involve analysis of logs, traffic trace, configuration data, and automation tools to resolve issues until end-to-end systems are functioning.
