Role Overview: We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong financial services background to lead complex, non-IT projects from initiation through closure. This role involves guiding a team of project managers, managing stakeholders—including executives—and ensuring successful project delivery. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project delivery, from planning to execution and closure Manage and support a team of project managers Gather requirements, analyze data, and create project plans Track progress, mitigate risks, and report to stakeholders Deliver executive presentations and drive issue resolution Liaise with business teams, vendors, and technology groups Oversee integration, resource planning, and contract approvals Qualifications & Skills: 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the financial industry Expertise in requirements gathering, project coordination, and status reporting Strong proficiency in MS Project, Excel (Pivot Tables, SUM, etc.), and PowerPoint Exceptional presentation skills and experience interfacing with stakeholders and executives Strong business and strategic planning knowledge Familiarity with production processes, cost control, and quality assurance method Experience managing cross-functional teams and performance evaluation Nice to Have: Experience with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) software Familiarity or prior implementation experience with Resolver Former Business Analyst experience Proficiency in Visio for process mapping and documentation Previous experience working in risk-focused environments Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field PMI or PMP certification preferred If you are qualified and interested in this position, please send your resume to Satish Chandra Mishra at Satish@ifgpr.com today.
